Potatoes – 3 peeled & cubed
Cauliflower florets – 10 to 12
Carrot – 2 peeled and diced
Sweetcorn – 1/4 cup
Peas – 1/4cup
Pepper – ½ diced
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Red Onions 2 chopped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Soft Rolls
Butter: 1 to 2 tbsp
Sunflower oil: 2 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt to taste
For Pav Bhaji Masala Powder:


Dried Red chillies 3 (or 1 depending on your spice level)
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Peppercorns 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 inch piece
Cloves 3
Black cardamom 1
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Dry mango powder (Amchur Powder) 1 tbsp
